No permission to create a keyspace for user KVUser

Cause

You won't be able to create a new keyspace via cqlsh on DataStax Astra.

Procedure

Follow these steps to create a new keyspace.

Step 1 - Browse to your database's dashboard screen on the Astra web UI and click on the Actions button next to the database name:


Step 2 - Select Add Keyspace from the drop-down menu:
