I am repeatedly getting took too long to respond or refuse to connect error while trying to access the application UI in the browser.
Are you working on the cloud instance? We faced some problems with blocked ports when working on the cloud instance. Port 5000 is blocked, but port 9090 is open, so we made a few changes to adapt.
