Why can't I connect to Grafana or Prometheus UI in the week 5 workshop exercise?

tried to connect with grafana UI through URL http://localhost:3000 or prometheus UI through URL http://localhost:9090 but getting error This site can’t be reachedlocalhost refused to connect..

Hi @rashmimisal07_190319,

are you working locally or on the cloud instance? It looks to me as if the ports are not yet forwarded:

kubectl -n cass-operator port-forward --address 0.0.0.0 service/grafana-service 3000:3000&
kubectl -n cass-operator port-forward --address 0.0.0.0 service/prometheus-operated 9090:9090&

yes, I already follow all the steps. still same error
