How can I find out my exam score taken on July 12?

I gave my certification exam on 12th July but haven't received my score.

Please do the needful.

We are moving to a new Cassandra Certification process so some information is unavailable at the DataStax Academy until the new system is in place sometime in August.

It appears you experienced a technical issue during your exam. Can you tell me about it? What was the resolution with ProctorU? Cheers!

My system microphone gave trouble to start the exam and proctoru team asked me to change the laptop and try.

I tried with another laptop and proctoru team has verified all my details and performed equipment test and then exam was taken. I even got a message post submission of exam your score will be emailed in 24 hours. But until today I didn't get my score.
