Can't access exam result after completing it yesterday

I Completed Cassandra admin certification yesterday but I can't see the results. The status shows " Status:Completed Awaiting clearance from proctoring service. Please check back in a few hours or contact us. "

My Registration #: 15487. is there any way to be able to get my exam results?

There was an issue with your exam that needs to be addressed by the Academy team.

I'll try to reach out to them on your behalf but they are only available during US Pacific business hours so it's likely you won't get a response until next week. Cheers!

I submitted a ticket using the link in my original question, ticket ID [##2406##].

will wait to next week to see what will happen, finger crossed :)
