Is that cass-operator supports triggering of daily consistent backups for cassandra database. I am using cass-operator version:1.3 and application version: 3.11.6
At the time of writing, I don't believe we have a documented way of taking backups of a Kubernetes cluster. I know this is on the roadmap but I think it is still in the early stages.

[UPDATE] John Sanda is working on integrating Cassandra Medusa -- an open-source tool for managing C* backups.
