DataStax Academy migrated to a new learning management system (LMS) in July 2020. We are also moving to a new Cassandra Certification process so there are changes to exam bookings, voucher system and issuing of certificates.

@dba.satvant_168667 Sorry to hear that you've got issues with your exam but we're not involved with the exam process and another team in DataStax handles it.
As I understand it, a third-party company called ProctorU administers the exams. I've tried to lookup their website and found that if you click on Support FAQs on https://www.proctoru.com/faq, they have various channels for reaching them. I recommend you try and get in contact with them directly. Good luck!
