How can I install Cassandra on a Windows10 Pro machine?

I would like to have a secure and official set of steps on how to install Cassandra Community on WIndows 10 Pro.

Hi Erik,

Thanks for collaborate on this one. I guess as Cassandra is an Apache Open Source solution there might be a Community (open) version of Cassandra. I think I got what I need from here: https://medium.com/@sushantgautam_930/simple-way-to-install-cassandra-in-windows-10-6497e93989e6

@dromero.canada_187268 The steps for installing Apache Cassandra on Windows machines does not exist in any official sites because Windows has not been "formally" supported for a number of years due to a lack of contributors who have access to Windows machines.

Let us know how you go with the installation. Perhaps share your experience in another post for the benefit of other community members here. Cheers!

hola, he logrado instalar Cassandra la ultima version, eso si solo he podido manipularla por medio de Consola... es realmente complicado poder usarla en Win 10
