Hi Dmitriasius,
You can probably get what you need from the community rpm site:
https://rpm.datastax.com/community/noarch/
Let us know if you need anything else.

The DataStax Community (DSC) edition is a packaged version of open-source Apache Cassandra certified by DataStax for production use. For all intents and purposes, it is identical to open-source Cassandra but the package was tested, certified and distributed by DataStax.
The first DSC release was for C* 1.1 back in 2013. DataStax last released DSC for C* 3.0.9 in 2017 and was discontinued immediately after that. If you need to download older versions of Cassandra, go to the Download page of the Apache Cassandra website then click on the archives.
Cassandra 2.1.9 was released all the way back in August 2015 so it is really old. We recommend that you at least upgrade to the latest version, Cassandra 2.1.22. Note that Cassandra 2.1 has reached it's end-of-life (EOL) and is no longer supported by the community so we strongly recommend that you upgrade to at least Cassandra 3.11 as soon as you can.
I also have to point out that Cassandra is no longer supported on Windows (CASSANDRA-16171). If you just want to try it out on your laptop, we recommend using the following methods instead:
If you just want to try building apps on Cassandra, Astra DB has a free tier and you can launch a Cassandra cluster in 5 clicks with no credit card required. Cheers!
Cassandra for Windows, we need the Windows Datastax Community Edition distribution.
Для Windows нет DataStax Community edition. Windows не поддерживается.
There is no DataStax Community edition for Windows. Windows is not a supported platform. Cheers!
