I have 2 tables with exact same data on it.When we run cqlsh query on table 1 output returns within 1 sec whereas cqlsh query on table 2 returns output in 4 seconds.What could be the possible reasons for this.

What could be the reason query between 2 tables containing the same data take 1s and 4s?
Without a copy of the table schema and the query you're running, it's impossible for us to know what's going on with your cluster but my guess is that you're not comparing apples-for-apples.
My suggestion is that you run the query with tracing enabled and see where the request spends most of its time for clues. Cheers!
