How do I connect AWS IoT to Astra with Lambda functions?

I am looking for any examples of connecting AWS IoT to AWS Astra instance and write data to it.

I understand that for this I will need to use the AWS Rule engine, but a specific example would be helpful.

The IoT device uses the MQTT protocol to talk to AWS IoT.

We have several resources for running serverless functions, including on AWS Lambda.

If you weren't already aware, the DataStax Astra docs has a section called Building sample apps. One of the examples provided is on building a serverless ToDo app.
