There are a number of possible reasons why the AlwaysOn SQL Service (AOSS) fails to start.

You haven't provided errors or warnings in your post which suggests you haven't done any investigation.

You need to look at the DSE logs and/or the AOSS log (/var/log/spark/alwayson_sql/service.log by default). The entries in the AOSS log in particular will give you clues as to why it hasn't started. Cheers!

@vamsikrishna.bm_190953, as it states in the error message, what do you see in the system.log & AlwaysOn SQL log files? Have you already run through the various configuration settings as detailed in the documentation?
