Read returning data after deleting with LOCAL_QUORUM

I've a Cassandra cluster with 2 datacenter, 3 nodes in each DC, rf set to 2.

Tried Deleting data from Cassandra with LOCAL_QUORUM but data still show up in SELECT.

nodetool describecluster and nodetool status both show the cluster is up and normal.

Any idea?

There isn't enough info in your post. Please provide the following:

  • table schema
  • sample DELETE statement
  • sample SELECT statement
