Why is OpsCenter connecting to an unknown IP?

I'm having the issue below, My IP/s suppose to use 10.98.50.4', '10.98.50.2', '10.98.50.3' but it's getting 10.35.50.4, and I can't find where to changed it.

2020-08-04 23:15:03,265Z [uat_usa_tmp] WARN: These nodes reported this message, Nodes: ['10.98.50.4', '10.98.50.2', '10.98.50.3'] Message: HTTP request http://10.35.50.4:61621/v1/connection-status? failed: org.httpkit.client.TimeoutException: connect timeout: 10000ms (MainThread)

Any idea where can I find this parameter?

It's hard to know based on limited information what is going on here. But it indicates that the nodes in the uat_usa_tmp cluster knows of that IP even if you don't know about it.

Things to check for:

  • Look at the contents of the system.peers table on all nodes.
  • Are the servers dual-homed? If so, check the public/private IPs configured.

If you still need assistance, you will need to log a ticket with DataStax Support for a Support engineer to assist you. Note that use of OpsCenter and DataStax Enterprise requires a paid subscription in production. Their use in a non-production environment on a no-fee licence does not include Support. Cheers!
