In this post, I will provide instructions on what to do if you didn't receive the cloud instance you requested.
We provide one cloud instance per workshop attendee for the purposes of doing the workshop exercises. Instances are only provided during the live workshop -- you will not be able to request an instance after the workshop has finished.
If you didn't receive the instance you requested check your spam folder. If you still haven't received the details, email Aleks Volochnev (aleksandr.volochnev@datastax.com) in the next 24 hours to make sure yours didn't get lost.
The cloud instance is available to you for the next 72 hours. After that period, they will be automatically terminated.
We have provided 2,000+ cloud instances and it's costing us thousands of dollars every hour. We don't charge you for attending the workshop and we can't just leave the instances running indefinitely.
Thanks for your understanding and joining our workshops. Cheers!
