Why can I not see my certificates?

I already passed dev exam for cassandra but could not find my certificate. and 30th july my admin exam is scheduled . could not find the booking on datatsax academy and link to connect to appear tommorow. please help

Hi @pranali.khanna101994_189965,

We are moving to a new Cassandra Certification process so some information is temporarily unavailable at the DataStax Academy until the new system is in place.

Once the new system is up and running, you will be able to see your credentials again. If you:

  • are waiting for results of your exam
  • need a copy of your certificate

post your details here and we would be happy to get the details for you.

Your previously scheduled exam will not be taking place. You will need to register your intention to reschedule by providing your information on this form and the DataStax Academy team will let you know when the new system is online.

And don't worry, we will honour the complimentary voucher you already have and we will issue you a NEW voucher that will allow you to pick an exam slot that suits you.

i need a copy of my certificate and rescheduling the next exam also. I submitted the form for rescheduling . what details do i need to post for getting certificate copy ?
