Bettina's explained why this issue is occurring in question #6499. There's a good chance that you've got the wrong path which is why you can't connect to your Astra database.
If you followed step 3c of the workshop instructions correctly, your secure bundle should have been uploaded to the week3-AppDev-crud/
directory.
On Gitpod, you need to check that the bundle exists in the directory. For example:
$ pwd /workspace/cassandra-workshop-series/week3-AppDev-crud
$ ls crud-java crud-python materials README_JAVA.MD README.MD secure-connect-killrvideocluster.zip
If you uploaded your secure bundle to the correct location, the correct path would look like:
SECURE_CONNECT_BUNDLE = '/workspace/cassandra-workshop-series/week3-AppDev-crud/secure-connect-killrvideocluster.zip'
Cheers!
Since we resolved the original issue you logged in this post, I created a new question #6712 to respond to the issue unrelated to the secure connect bundle. Cheers!
