Can't see results after completing exam yesterday

Hi,

I Completed Cassandra Online Cert Exam: Apache Cassandra 3.x Administrator Associate Certification yesterday,but I can't see the results.

The status shows " Status:Completed Awaiting clearance from proctoring service. Please check back in a few hours or contact us. "

My Registration #: 16666. & registered Email : shasri2002@gmail.com.

[UPDATED] We are moving to a new Cassandra Certification process so some information is unavailable at the DataStax Academy until the new system is in place sometime in August.

In the meantime, I have received information from the Academy team about your exam which I will post to you privately. Cheers!

i am not able to find where to raise/submit ticket for exam result not updated..
