You can import the file to Studio using the "raw" Github URL:

https://github.com/DataStax-Academy/cassandra-workshop-series/raw/master/week1%20-%20Getting%20Started%20with%20Cassandra/notebooks/3_-_Working_with_CQL.tar

Give it a try and let us know if you have any issues. Cheers!

Procedure

Here are the exact steps I did to get it to work on a Windows machine:

STEP 1 - Click on this link to open the file on GitHub -- 3_-_Working_with_CQL.tar

STEP 2 - Click on the Raw button to let Windows download the raw version of the file:

STEP 3 - Go to DataStax Astra and in Studio, upload the file.

For what it's worth, I did this on a Surface Laptop 3 running the latest version of Windows 10. Cheers!
