You can create a keyspace RF=3 on a two-node cluster, but then any request with CL>2 will fail. I've recorded a video with a live demo:

@gmldba_107428 You can't have a replication factor greater than the number of nodes in a DC. You will get errors indicating there are not enough replicas. Cheers!
