Gettting "Meld execution failed: Missing agent version! " while reinstalling DSE through OpsCenter

Hi ,

We are trying to reinstall DSE 6.8 through opscenter and getting below error.

Meld execution failed: Missing agent version! {:name "hostname", :ssh-management-address "ipaddress", :node-id "a03bb0d3-802f-40ff-a442-151826ce44ad", :node-name "hostname", :job-id "2d2a6448-8480-422f-b8a4-8b33fdf31849"}

Please help.

@sireesha.padmini_190542 The error you posted indicates that OpsCenter was not able to connect to the node but it doesn't tell us why.

We will need lots more information about your cluster in order to troubleshoot your issue but it will be challenging doing it in a Q&A format so I suggest you log a DataStax Support ticket (requires a current subscription account) so one of our engineers can assist you. Cheers!
