Unable to access Certification link

Hi Team,

I do have Cassandra Admin certificate today evening at 5.30 PM PDT.

However, when I logged in DataStax academy it shows below error

Error CS606: Couldn't retrieve reservation data.

Can someone please help?

I had sent an email to certifications@datastax.com, but no luck.

@bb.addagada_90355 Sorry to hear that you're not able to access your certificate. The team responsible for Certification is only available Monday to Friday during Pacific time business hours. In addition, it is a public holiday in the US tomorrow (Monday) so apologies in advance but they will be delayed in responding to you.

I suggest that if you have not heard from them by Wednesday PT, please complete the form on https://academy.datastax.com/contact as this is the best way to contact them. Cheers!

@bb.addagada_90355 There were some technical issues with ProctorU and the DataStax Academy site which got resolved today. You should now be able to access your details. Cheers!
