How can I fetch data from multiple tables if Cassandra does not support JOINs?

I just attended workshop recently for cassandra dev on 19 may 2020. Have few queries

If CQL does not support joins or subqueries then how do we fetch data from multiple tables in cassandra. is there any other alternative and a concept of foreign key or ?
