At a certain point of time, you had Singapore DC and now you removed it? Looks like OpsCenter is only replicating to Singapore DC. As Singapore DC nodes don't exist, you can change the replication factor to replicate to singaporedo DC.

Check replication factor of "OpsCenter" DC , you can use `desc "OpsCenter";` to check it. Looks like its replicating in Singapore DC whereas as per dsetool status all nodes are in singaporedo DC.

After checking you can Change replication factor for OpsCenter DC.
