Reaper reports "Postponed repair segment ... because we couldn't get hosts metrics"
With very little information, the only thing I can say is that the message you posted indicates the cluster is overloaded so Reaper is unable to retrieve the metrics. It usually happens because nodes are unresponsive.
For future reference, you need to provide a bit more information for us to be able to help you. You need to include details like what investigation you've done, whether you reviewed the Cassandra logs for clues, and other relevant information that will help us help you. Cheers!
