How do I enable UDF and UDA in Astra DB?

I wanted to create UDF and UDA in my astra Db instance, Is it possible ? If not then what can be the alternative.

@Amit, User Defined Functions|Aggregates are not (yet) available in DataStax Astra DB. The current alternative is to perform it at the application layer.
