I have to admit your question doesn't make sense to me. Tombstones are deletion markers -- they mark a cell, row, range or partition as deleted.

Tombstones don't have an intrinsic "size" so one type does not occupy more memory compared to another. What matters is how many tombstones there are.

If you're asking about what is the preferred way to perform a delete operation, a Partition level delete/tombstone is always recommended. In case, you want to delete an entire table, simply perform the TRUNCATE operation and you don't have to worry about the tombstone generation at all.
