How to engage a System Administrator regarding post moved to moderation

Hi! I posted a message to "General Forum" last Friday:

and I see the following banner at the top:

This post is currently awaiting moderation. If you believe this to be in error, contact a system administrator.

How can I engage a System Administrator to look at this? Strange, when I look at my activity in my profile, it says that "jmirick_83131" moved it to moderation - that's me, but I don't know how I might have done that or how to undo it. Thank you!

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Sometimes when a really long question gets posted, the system flags it for review by a moderator in case it is spam content. Moderators of the site would then need to review it before it gets published.
