Hi, We are evaluating the AstraDB and i tried to create keyspace using CQL. However it didn't allow me to create. Finally I created using AstraDB portal. Wanted to know is this the way to create keyspace? also don't we need to specify the replication class 'class' : 'NetworkTopologyStrategy' ?

Is the Astra UI the way to create keyspaces?
You won't be able to manually create keyspaces using the CQL console or drivers because it is not possible to override the default keyspace replication settings. Astra DB has a server-less architecture so the replication is managed for you.
Creating or dropping keyspaces can only be done through the Astra UI. For details, see Managing multiple keyspaces in Astra DB. Cheers!
