Which Java driver is compatible with Apache Cassandra 4.0?

Hi team,

Can you please share the driver compatibility matrix for apache cassandra 4.0 ?

However, I do realize that it doesn't show recommendations for c* 4.x. My recommendation would be to upgrade to the latest unified versions of the driver, so 4.6 or later and I would personally recommend the latest version. There are some protocol v5 issues when using the 3.x driver and c* 4.0 that are being reviewed.

Hi, as Steve mentioned https://docs.datastax.com/en/driver-matrix/doc/driver_matrix/javaDrivers.html has a mention of supported Java Driver matrix and the latest version of Java Driver already supports any version of Cassandra 3.0+, so 4.0 is supported as well. You could find the latest version here, https://docs.datastax.com/en/developer/java-driver/latest/changelog/
