If repair was failed/Completed through reaper, Is there any way to notify through alerts or mail notifications
Reaper doesn't have that functionality right now. There is an open feature request but it hasn't been prioritised yet.
For what it's worth, when the repair of a segment fails for whatever reason, it gets added back to the queue and will automatically get retried. If you're already monitoring Cassandra, you should already be able to pick up failures in the logs although I'll admit that it's a clunky way of achieving the outcome you're after until the alerting feature is implemented.
