Getting "error occurred , please refresh page" during certification

Hi Team,

I am getting "certification.mettl.com says - error occurred , please refresh page" always when I am trying to give an exam for Cassandra. Please help me PageError_issue.PNG

The certification is handled for DataStax by Mettl.
