Installation run but results failed to run the cassandra server. So how to run it in windows 10. I use Java 11.

Cassandra is no longer supported on Windows due to lack of maintenance and testing (CASSANDRA-16171).
As an alternative, you can:
- Deploy Cassandra in Docker.
- Deploy Cassandra in a VM using software like VirtualBox.
- Deploy k8ssandra.io.
