We are trying to replace cqlsh with Ds bulk. So do we have any alternatives in dsbulk to perform cassandra queries? such as select * from, truncate, drop, create tables etc,. as we have in cqlsh.

The quick answer is no.
DSBulk was originally designed as a bulk loader but has since evolved to include functionality such as unload and count. But it is not intended as a replacement for utilities such as cqlsh. Cheers!
