I can delete your account but you don't really have any data on it so perhaps I misunderstood your request. Can you please confirm? Cheers!

Thank you for your quick response. The account or service I used under this username (jzheng@freedommobile.ca) is actually DataStax Astra Cassandra-as-a-Service. I wanted delete my account and information on that platform but I had no success. That's why joined this community seeking for help.
Would you able to help me delete all the information I have at DataStax?

Let me get in contact with the team that manages Astra.
Just so you are aware, this Community site uses the Astra single-signon (SSO) so once they delete your Astra account, your Community account will also cease to work and you won't get any further notifications. Cheers!

Could you confirm that you've tried to request deletion through the Astra Help Center and clicking on the Create Support Request button?
Hint: Click on the button to the left of your profile in the top right of the Astra dashboard screen.
