Free certification voucher not received

Hello, I have attended 8 week Datastax Cassandra training via eventbrite last year and now planning to take certification. However I have not received the free certification voucher mentioned during the training. Who can I reach out to avail the same so that I can complete the certification?

If you've completed either the Developer or Administrator path at DataStax Academy, send an email to academy@datastax.com requesting a complimentary coupon.
